Did you know?


  1. It's more beneficial to stretch post-activity, after exercise or sport, while muscles are still warm. You can also stretch after a warm shower or bath.

  2. Extend your stretch until you can feel it - don't push into pain. A stretch should feel like a gentle pull. Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain.

  3. It is important that you are doing stretches with correct positioning so that you don't injure yourself.
